The CleanBC Commercial New Construction Program is not currently accepting new applications. More than 280 funded projects are underway or have been completed.
Past incentives
The Commercial New Construction Program has been supporting energy-efficient commercial buildings in B.C. since 2018. Program incentives have include funding for:
- Energy studies – up to $15,000
- Capital incentives – up to $500,000
